• We will analyze the root cause — whether it's a material, manufacturing, or handling issue
• We will communicate our findings and proposed solution to you promptly

Step 3: Resolution options
Based on the evaluation, we will offer one or more of the following solutions:
• 🔄 Replacement – We will arrange replacement products for the defective quantity
• 💰 Credit – Issue a credit note for the value of the defective products
• ↩️ Return – Accept return of the defective products (per contract terms)
